Consumer health data we collect
Consumer health data is defined broadly. Because we ask only the limited information needed to provide a quote and connect you with a licensed agent, the consumer health data we may collect is limited and can include data that identifies a consumer seeking insurance related to health or final expenses.

We collect this data directly from you. We use it to provide our services and respond to your request, to secure and protect our business, to defend our legal rights, and to comply with our legal obligations.

Your rights
The MHMDA provides rights to access, delete, and withdraw consent relating to consumer health data, subject to certain exceptions. To exercise these rights, email us at info@fuegoleadz.com. If your request is denied, you may appeal by emailing us with the subject line “MHMDA Appeal,” and you may raise a concern with the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
