Your choices

Your Privacy Choices

Last updated: June 2026

We give you meaningful choices about how your personal information is used. This page explains how to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of its use for targeted advertising, how to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and how to exercise your other privacy rights. These terms have specific meanings under state privacy laws, and the choices below are available to residents of every U.S. state to the extent their law provides them. For full detail, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state privacy laws treat the use of advertising cookies on our website as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out of that at any time by:

  • Enabling a browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (see below), or
  • Reaching us through our contact form at policyreviewcenter.com/contact with the subject “Privacy Choices,” and telling us the browser or device you want covered.

This opt-out applies to website advertising cookies and does not affect the contact information you submit to request a quote, which we use only to fulfill your request. We will process your request as required by applicable law.

2. Global Privacy Control and opt-out preference signals

We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). When we detect a valid GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device. Because these signals are browser and device specific, you will need to enable GPC on each browser and device you use. You can learn more and download a supported browser or extension at globalprivacycontrol.org.

3. Limit the use of sensitive personal information

In states that provide the right, you may direct us to limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to those uses permitted by law. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not sell the sensitive personal information of Maryland residents. To limit the use of sensitive personal information, reach us through our contact form at policyreviewcenter.com/contact.

4. Interest-based advertising

You can also limit interest-based advertising through industry tools, including the Digital Advertising Alliance at youradchoices.com/control and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. Opting out does not stop all advertising; you may still see generic or contextual ads.

5. Your other privacy rights

Depending on your state, you also have rights to know and access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain profiling, and to appeal a denied request. To exercise these rights, reach us through our contact form at policyreviewcenter.com/contact or see the full description in our Privacy Policy. To stop marketing calls or text messages, see our DNC Policy.

6. Verification, authorized agents, and timing

To protect your information, we will take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to proof of authorization and verification. We will respond within the time required by your state, generally within 45 days, with one permitted extension. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these choices.

7. Contact

Questions about your privacy choices can be sent through our contact form at policyreviewcenter.com/contact or by mail to Policy Review Center, 5728 Major Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819.
